Morrisville is geographically at the epicenter of the Raleigh- Durham-Chapel Hill area and features both RTP and RDU. Planned neighborhoods feature new construction with both attached townhomes and single family homes.
In May 2021, Morrisville home prices were up 20.1% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $413K. There were 48 homes sold in May this year, up from 34 last year.
